It was a take away. Nice quality of culinary. The Goan special rice had quite a lot of shrimps that sometimes wouldn't even be in a shrimp curry itself! The tikkas were moist and perfectly done with out overcooking. Overall a surprisingly pleasant treat!

Came here for my parent’s 25 year anniversary and was honestly blown away! The food was incredible, the interior of the restaurant is so nice and the staff was so friendly. We decided to go for the 5 course meal which was really good for the price - I will admit it was a lot of food but we had some left overs the next day so definitely worth it. I have to say its one of the best Indian restaurants I have been too, would highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back here again, thank you so much Sultan

I visited this restaurant with my sister and friend on June 15th, and it was an incredible experience. The food was absolutely amazing, with rich flavors and exquisite presentation. The service was outstanding, attentive, and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. The highlight was the Fire Show, which was superb and something I didn't expect to find outside of London. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning, with beautiful decor that adds to the overall experience. This will definitely be my top choice from now on. We had the best time and can't wait to return.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had! The lamb chops were perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The tandoori chicken was absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of spice. The tandoori dishes overall were exceptional. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back with my family.

An amazing little gem of a place. Was quite empty due to the fact of the World Cup but they made us feel special. Amazing service from them all, the quality of food was spectacular. Absolutely divine. Really enjoyed it. Felt I've gained over 100lb from it but... Fantastic. Would definitely recommend and definitely return if I was ever in Hemel.

We have a lot of nice Indian restaurants in Hemel but I have to say that The Sultan is definitely the best Indian restaurant in Hemel. The quality of food is on par with top London Indian restaurants. It's good quality and not far off from fine dining. They have some great specials so it's good to step away from your usual. Even though it's like a hidden gem more people need to experience this restaurant. We went one Friday evening and it wasn't busy so hence low score for the atmosphere but we had a lovely time. Definitely will be visiting again.

Food here is on another level, you get what you pay for, we had the Lamb chiri curry, and chicken tikka, with 4 poppadoms and eight sauces, a side of bombay aloo, with onion bhajis and chicken chaat, with garlic naan and chipati with one pilau rice and 4 pints of kingfisher for £63 very delicious food good portions and excellent service.
